Thirty days from purchase, any reason, no questions and no forms.

How to ask

Email proofkitwp@proton.me with the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. You do not have to explain why. We reply the same or next business day and issue the refund from the same account that took the payment.

What happens next

Lemon Squeezy returns the money to the card or method you paid with. It usually lands within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank. The licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued, but the plugin keeps running on your site with its existing features.

Renewal charges are covered by the same 30-day window, counted from the renewal date.

The setup service

The optional $249 setup service is refundable in full before work starts. Once the configuration has been delivered it is not refundable, because the work is done and cannot be undone.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. The 30-day policy above is longer and applies regardless. Nothing here reduces a right you have under local law.
