ProofKit Home

Privacy

The short version: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal data we hold is the email address you type into the waitlist form.

This website

These pages are static files served by Cloudflare Pages. They load no fonts, scripts or images from third parties, and there is nothing to track you with. Cloudflare keeps standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention; those logs are not used to profile visitors.

The waitlist

When you submit the form, your email address is sent to Buttondown, the email service we use to run the list. Buttondown stores the address and sends it the occasional launch update. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

We do not sell, rent or share the list, and we do not use it for anything other than ProofKit news. You can ask us to delete your address at any time by writing to proofkitwp@proton.me; deletion happens within 30 days.

The plugin

ProofKit runs on the shop's own WordPress server. It sends no telemetry, no usage statistics and no crash reports. Artwork, proof records and approval events stay in that store's database and uploads directory. We never see them.

If you install the free plugin, nothing about your store reaches us. If you buy a licence later, the checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy and the licence key is verified from your site; that exchange contains the key and the site URL, nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion. Write to proofkitwp@proton.me and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, the lawful basis for holding your waitlist address is your consent, given by submitting the form.
